Comment: What a little gem! second visit to Norms place and just as brilliant as our first trip. No long list of Do's and Dont's, left to yourown devises you are getting the feel of real camping with the benefit of hot showers, laundry facilities, charging points for tech. Most of allthe local beaches are amazing, we also visited the lighthouse nearby andagain stunning views. So in short - Campers campers don't beslow, pack your stuff and go man go!!!

Comment: Have just got back from staying a week at this wonderful site. We have stayed at many campsites but this has to be the best. We had our own area bounded by willows and meadow hedging, with campfire, picnic table and water supply. Super facilities. Would find it hard to think how it could be improved. No big nasty signs.... we just found our own way. It was brilliant.

Comment: Thanks Norman, it was a nice staying on your campground and take a rest. It was more as really kind of you that you picked me up. About the campground: It\'s a perfect place for tents with good wind shelter! You can find anything als what you need. (Food not included) recommendable peacefull place!

Comment: This is in the top two best sites I have been to in the UK (and we go camping a lot). I can\'t recommend this place enough. You get your own little glade to camp in, surrounded by hedges or trees as well as great views out across the waving fields of barley and the coastal cliffs. It feels like you have the place to yourself even if you don\'t! At night all you can hear is the gentle rustling of trees and by day you will hear nothing but birdsong. I should also mention that the facilities are spotless and of an excellent standard (hot showers, washing machine and tumble dryer available etc). Norman is both friendly and laid-back, so you\'ll feel both welcome and left in peace to enjoy your break at the same time! In other news, there is a great cafe (The Mill) and also a pub all within an easy 1 mile walk. This is an absolutely stunning campsite and I can\'t wait to return!

Comment: What a wonderful place. All the good things that fellow campers have already said are so right. Norman & Francesca were so friendly. Lovely clean facilities. Standpipe and firepits for each pitch (campfire chops, yum), most pitches with picnic benches too. Got lost finding the place, but once found never forgotten. Fabulous views, absolutely unforgettable. Great walks from the doorstep, and so peaceful. I loved it. Thank you!

Comment: Just got back from 10 days at Norman's fabulous campsite. For a 'get away from it all' break this is just perfect. Generous pitches each with their own tap and firepit - we put up three large tents and a gazebo on two adjacent pitches and still had lots of room. Good, clean facilities and the ever helpful Norman available to answer questions. The perfect base to explore this beautiful part of the world and watch the stars at night.

Comment: This was a fab site ! The SAT NAV took us on a bit of a wild goose chase but a quick call to Norman put us back on the right track. It rained as we were setting up but once the open fire was going we soon dried out !..The boys (10, 13 and 43!) thought it was great making the camp fire which we cooked on. We were Norman\'s only guest but the pitches are private, each with fire pit and water supply. Good base for visiting but the track to the site might not be too good for lowered VWs! (I knew there was a reason why we didn\'t lower ours!)

Comment: My wife and I have just come home from 5 nights in Pembrokeshire at this wonderful campsite. It was just perfect for us - peace and quiet, very laid back, good clean toilets and showers (even the luxury of a bath!), able to have camp fires in the evening, great walking nearby on the coast path... We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful break Norman. (I just hope the site doesn\'t become too popular.. )

Comment: What a lovely peaceful campsite. Plenty of room for loads of tents and all have  firepits which is a great feature to any campsite. We had a lovely stay over the Easter Bank holiday and Norman was so helpful. The campsite toilets/bathroom was by far the best we have ever seen on a campsite. If you are looking for a quiet and friendly site then this is it. Thanks for a lovely time Norman.

Comment: Norman, Mark and I and the 3 dogs, would like to thank you for the most peaceful and tranquil weekend we\'ve ever had. We have just returned and can\'t wait to visit again in 2 weeks, The reviews anywhere really don\'t do your place justice at all. Beautiful and tranquil and unspoilt is how we would describe it. Which is how we like it. Honestly, superb clean facilities, space in abundance to pitch up, we found yourself to be helpful, but not intrusive which made this break really special. Thank you

Comment: We stayed at this lovely campsite at half term with an 11yr and 9yr old. The pitches are large and we could just see the sea from ours. We did some wonderful walks along the coastal path . In the evening the girls sat round our camp fire and toasted marshmallows and watched the lighthouse light flashing in the distance. A really beautiful spot - we will definitely be back!

We have just come back from a great 5 nights camping with you and it was all I could do to get my 5 year old daughter to leave! So much to see in Pembrokeshire too, I hope we will come back soon! Thank you Norman for sharing your little idyllic spot!

Comment: Lovely mild autumn so decided on a few nights camping, having enjoyed a previous stay at this site and knowing what it had to offer we made for Norman\'s, picked our spot and the large sheltered pitch protected us from a tasty southerly wind and a few squally showers, peaceful, quiet excellent toilets and showers, watched the seals from Trefin cove, will definitely return.

Comment: I have spent some wonderful holidays at Norman\'s campsite. It is a truly magical location with stunning far reaching views up towards Strumble Head. This is the best section of the coastal path with wonderful scenery. On a sunny day you might think you were in heaven. Very quiet beaches and all dog friendly from Porthgain up to Abermawr. Friendly people to meet on the coastal path from all corners of the world. Norman is a lovely chap, friendly and welcoming and always willing to help. Often the campsite has only a few guests and is the best kept secret in Pembrokeshire. Spotlessly clean and lovely showers. Can\'t recommend it more highly. The perfect camping holiday.

Comment: This was well worth the schlepp from South-East London. A lovely, secluded, quiet site, with all we could need. The absence of a washup station gave us the chance to use our cauldron, grill & tripod over our firepit for everything - fires, cooking & heating water for washing dishes. Super! Lovely views, no traffic, links to Pembrokeshire Coast Path and local footpaths, too. Btw, the rapeseed planted in the fields surrounding you all but obliterated the adjoining footpaths and must be addressed.

Comment: Just back home after 3 lovely days. Fantastic campsite, possibly the best we\'ve been to.Very relaxed and laid back without lists of rules and regulations. Facilities are spotless and there\'s the added attraction of being able to charge up your gadgets and also the use of a fridge and freezer which is great for your ice packs. Norman is a really friendly chap who will help you with any questions bout the area, bus routes etc. We will definitely be back!

There are water taps close to hand, excellent bathroom/shower facilities, plenty of logs for your fire, and most importantly, a friendly and helpful owner. And the countryside and coastline is beautiful, with many places to visit. We had an excellent time and hope to return in the future.

Comment: Review of Arymwny The olds were in a motor home, the daughters and their families were in (very) large tents. We were all grouped together in the top field as requested. Lovely to have a water tap on the pitch, and the fire pits were a big success. The best bit for the five year olds. A short wander (seemed longer when carrying a full cassette) down the track to the house, the woodpile, toilets and showers. All very rustic, well provisioned with loo roll, soap and hand sanitiser and thoroughly clean. Likewise the washing up area with automatic washing machine and dryer. Charges for those were entirely fair. We didn’t do a lot but sat around all day and enjoyed the fires at night, only sounds were of bird song, cows and distant farm machinery, and I’m afraid to say our five noisy and very excitable grandchildren. I think the other campers were glad to see the back of us!

Nestled just off the stunning coastal walks of this idillic part of Wales, it ticks every box, it is the perfect combination of wild camping and having all the facilities one could need. Your own fire pit, under dark skies perfect for stargazing. Hot showers, washing and laundry facilities and each pitch has its own running water. And the vibe Norman has created is chilled and welcoming. Bravo Norman it is a campsite to be proud of. We will be back...
